1. What data do we collect?
Oili collects the following data:
Personal identification information (name, email address, phone number, etc.)
Financial information
In-app messages
Media (photos, videos, etc.)
Device identifiers
Other information provided by you
Diagnostic information (device information, interactions, etc.)
2. How do we collect your data?
You directly provide Oili with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:
Register or place an order using one of our Services.
Use our Services to enter information (e.g., vehicle, address, or scan codes).
Use or view our Sites via your browser’s cookies.
Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email.
Oili may also receive your data indirectly from the following sources:

3. How will we use your data?
Oili collects your data so that we can:
Process your orders and manage your account.
Email you order confirmations, order updates/changes, reminders, marketing for products and services we think you will like, and important notifications.

4. How do we store your data?
Oili securely stores your data in Washington, United States. Our databases are encrypted at rest and have heavy access restrictions.
Oili will keep your data until you request to delete it using one of our Services. We will delete your data by removing the records related to the request from our databases. Records containing order data will not be deleted. Furthermore, we are unable to control the deletion of some of the data stored by our partner companies (e.g., device identifiers).
Oili collects, but will never store, your financial information (e.g., credit card information).
5. Marketing
Oili would like to send you information about our products and services that we think you might like.
If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out later.
You have the right at any time to stop Oili from contacting you for marketing purposes.
If you no longer wish to be contacted for marketing purposes, please use our Services to configure your preferences.

The right to access – You have the right to request Oili for copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.
